Today’s visit (5/8) was scheduled to do an annual review of our home owner insurance coverage, as we have added a lot of upgrades to our home before our last home evaluation. After giving Kristin our list, we reviewed our auto policies. We’re all set-no changes needed. She will take our upgrades to the house & key them into their analysis system, and will email us if any adjustments are needed with our premiums. Kristin had this completed and emailed to us mid-afternoon today. We really appreciate her quick response, and to all the other calls we make to her office. She has a very commendable staff, and all have helped my wife and I over the years. Everyone expresses their care and concern for us. We’re thankful we have State Farm and Kristin as our agent."
